Often times I
have had the opportunity to purchase estate items that are in exceptional and
like new condition, if not brand new. I am overrun with these miniatures and so have decided
to offer these to my customers. Prices will vary depending on quality and
how unique the item is and how much I purchased it for. Many items will be
hand crafted or quality discontinued miniatures. Others
may be used with problems but I will describe the items the best I can.

This is a pair of
mahogany and ivory brocade arm chairs. The mahogany wood is very
detailed and they are a quality comparable to Bespaq. They are new
and have never been used. They were in boxes when I received them
and priced at $47.00 each. |

This is a mahogany bed
with ivory brocade bedspread and canopy. The top of the bed is also
a mahogany wood. There is a matching chair that is a little
unusual. The best way I can describe it is that the seat leans
forward. The bed seems to be new but I don't know about the
chair. |

This is a single iron
bed that is very unique and unusual. I can really picture this is
child's or maid's room. It has a handmade mattress and pillow which
of course can be changed. It is a used item but what a great bed! |

upholstered in a pink brocade silk fabric and enhance the mahogany
wood. They are new and have never been used. They were in

This
is a very unique bathroom set that came from a large estate that I
purchased that had expensive and unusual items. It is a modern set
and the vanity has a double sink. The vanity also has lights that
can be wired to your electrical system. I did not clean this up very
well so the pictures may show some dust. The tub was enclosed in a
foam frame of sorts and I took it out of that so the white you see on the
tub just needs to be cleaned off. The toilet (bidet) is in great
condition. The vanity might need a little stain or varnish to
brighten it up. It is a great set for a modern bathroom
look. |

This Kohler kitchen sink
came boxed and is only out so that a picture can be taken. It is
made by Dee's Company. Dee's retired a number of years ago.
They were known for making superior items. I am not sure what this
item originally sold for but I would guess at least $50.00. SORRY

Vintage
& Rare Bathroom Set. The chances of finding another set like
this is very slim as the company that sold this item closed some years
ago. This is a very old metal bathroom set that has a
number of things that need to be fixed. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES
CLOSELY. The bathtub with attached shower is very heavy metal. They
are two separate pieces. There are places that need to be
re-painted. The shower head should be re-glued. The vanity
also needs to be re-painted and one of the faucets need to be glued back
on. The toilet also needs work. The tank slides on to the
toilet. A little work and this set would look marvelous. SORRY

of four dolls. Vintage probably manufactured by Concord many years
ago. They are made of a plastic type of material. The tiny
doll has been added by the original owner. The little boy has been
made to look like he has a broken arm and leg which is very cute.
The set is used but in great condition. The original price of these
dolls was not expensive, but because of their age the prices I have seen
lately that other people are paying have been high considering the
quality. There is no box for these. |
